Everything here reaches a person, not a queue. If you can’t find what you need, hello@hhnmteam.comand we’ll answer.
Tap the flag on any venue page and tell us what’s off — it takes a few seconds and comes straight to us. Or email us with the venue name.
Happy hours are set by venues and change without notice. We take prices from each venue’s own website, never from aggregators, so a listing is only ever as current as that page. Worth confirming with the venue before you set off.
You can claim your listing and edit it yourself — times, deals, prices, contact details. Everything you need is in the FAQ for venues, including how to get your six-digit code if you don’t have one.
Open Profile, scroll to Account, tap Account settings, then Delete my account. It removes your record permanently — name, email, phone and date of birth — and it happens immediately. We don’t keep a copy.
It sits one tap in rather than beside Sign out on purpose: those two are a bad pair to have side by side. It is never more than two taps away, and this is where we say so.
Venues: the dashboard has Remove my details, which deletes everything you submitted and the verified badge. The listing itself stays, reverting to what we researched. If you want it taken down entirely, email us.
We ask for your location only to sort venues by distance and show what’s near you now. It’s used while you’re in the app and never in the background, never stored on our servers, and never sold. Decline it and everything still works — you’ll see all of LA instead of nearest first.
You should only be asked once. Your last known position is kept on your own device so the map opens where you are without asking again. If you’re still being prompted every time, your phone has denied the permission at the system level — check Settings, then HHNM, then Location.
HHNM is free. There is nothing to buy in the app and no subscription. ALL ACCESS is a membership you apply for, and applications are read by a person — applying costs nothing and admits nothing automatically.
hello@hhnmteam.com. One of us reads it — usually same day.
