Terms of Service

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21+ in the United States) and able to form a binding contract to use HHNM. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

HHNM is an informational directory of happy hours and venues. We do not sell, serve, or supply alcohol, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a venue. Listings do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of any deal, price, or availability.

You agree not to:

• use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent venue information or claims;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, including staff or venue-management areas;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content except as expressly permitted;
• interfere with or disrupt the platform, or introduce malware or harmful code; or
• misuse the platform in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Venues and their representatives may claim and update their listing using a manage code. By submitting content, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use submitted content to operate and promote the platform.

Accuracy is an ongoing obligation, not a one-off. If your happy hour changes — its price, times, days, or conditions — you are responsible for updating your listing promptly. A verified listing continues to display what you last published until you change it, and we do not monitor venues to detect when a deal has ended.

We may add, edit, verify, feature, refuse, or remove any listing or submission at our discretion, including to correct inaccuracies or enforce these Terms. “Verified” and “Featured” designations are provided as-is and may change. Nothing in these Terms obliges us to review, monitor, or correct venue-supplied content.

The platform, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by HHNM and protected by intellectual-property laws. Venue names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content except as permitted by law or with our permission.

The platform may link to or integrate third-party services (such as ride-hailing and mapping providers). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Please also review our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. We do not warrant that information is accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HHNM and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any listing, your visit to any venue, your consumption of alcohol, or your use of any third-party service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HHNM and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms or the platform at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in California will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
